Cancellation Policy
Leap Marketing Booking Policy At Leap Marketing, we’re committed to delivering high-impact, results-driven services. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below. 1. Booking Process All bookings must be made through our official scheduling platform or by contacting our team directly via email or phone. A detailed project brief or discovery call may be required before final confirmation. Services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made before final content delivery or campaign launch unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via credit/debit card, ACH, PayPal, or bank transfer. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled service with no penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In the event of a cancellation by Leap Marketing, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a future date. 4. Turnaround Times Turnaround times vary based on project scope and will be communicated during the onboarding process. Rush services may be available upon request and are subject to an additional fee. 5. Revisions Most services include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges. All feedback must be provided within 5 business days of delivery to maintain project timelines. 6. Communication Communication will be conducted via email, phone, or scheduled video calls. Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (PST). Messages received outside these hours will be responded to the next business day.
