3. Payments and Billing

• Late payments may incur interest charges and/or suspension of services.

• All payments are non-refundable as stated in our [Refund Policy].

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information as needed for service delivery

• Communicate promptly and clearly

• Respect project timelines and approval processes

• Make payments on time

Failure to do so may result in project delays or cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property

• Any original content created by Leap Marketing remains our property until full payment is received.

• Upon payment, rights to custom deliverables (e.g., graphics, copywriting, websites) are transferred to the client.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, marketing, or personal information exchanged throughout the relationship unless permission is granted in writing.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms in the contract.

• Leap Marketing reserves the right to end a contract if the client violates these Terms.

• Clients may request a buyout of the remaining contract at our discretion, which may be subject to fees based on remaining work and time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Leap Marketing will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While we aim for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington AND Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
